1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an ImmiFinance account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ImmiFinance, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to invest in US securities. You may use an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) or Social Security Number (SSN). Your immigration or visa status does not affect your eligibility to open an account, provided you satisfy applicable KYC requirements.

3. Not Investment Advice

ImmiFinance is not a registered investment adviser. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

All educational content, tools, and information are provided for informational purposes only. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Please consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and KYC.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• You must notify us immediately at immifinance.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent our KYC or identity verification processes.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with our platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to place orders or access the platform.

6. Fees

Our current fee schedule is published on the Pricing page and the Transparency page. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any fee increases.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, regulatory requirements, or fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting immifinance.support@gmail.com. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmiFinance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including investment losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with FINRA rules, except where prohibited by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and an in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
